1. The following watercourses or parts of watercourses are excluded from the jurisdiction of regional county municipalities:
— the tidal parts of watercourses whose watershed basin is less than 100 km2 in area;
— the watercourses or parts of watercourses listed in the Schedule attached to this Order in Council.
